C) RSHE sample pack for 9-12 year olds - contains 4 booklets/leaflets
D) RSHE sample pack for 12-16 year olds - contains 6 booklets/leaflets
E) Maternity ward sample - contains: 3 FPA booklets
F) Menopause sample - contains: 3 FPA booklets
G) STI booklet sample - contains 6 booklets/leaflets

Free sample terms and conditions
1) Requests not guaranteed and subject to stock - but “we” (FPA) are happy to review all requests
2) Only one request per organisation
3) Organisation emails AND organisation addresses only - requests with generic emails like gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc will be declined - likewise requests with home addresses will also be declined.
4) RSHE sample packs - are only for schools but we're happy to review all requests.
5) Contraception posters - are only for councils and sexual health clinics but we're happy to review all requests.
6) Patient information sample guides - are only for councils, sexual health clinics and hospital departments but we're happy to review all requests.
7) UK only - with exceptions. Due to postal costs - this is a UK only offer but if you are overseas and buying something else from FPA - let us know - hopefully we can add a sample pack.
8) Contact - FPA reserves the right to contact you after sending you a free sample but you can also unsubscribe - also see Privacy Policy.
9) FPA reserves the right to decline any sample request - withdraw samples, change samples and change these terms with no notice.
